At Home In Yourself

Owning your story, breaking cycles, and finding flow in your feelings

At Home In Yourself is a 4-week online exploration of emotional regulation and mindfulness skills in working with trauma and anxiety. Mindfulness, or living aware and awake to our lives in the present moment, is a practice and skill that has proven effective in various settings, including working with physical or mental illness. Each week, groups will discuss mindfulness and participate in mindfulness practices such as meditation, eating, and writing. Groups are limited to 15 individuals per session.

You must be accepted into this course. Fill out the form, and Jack will follow up with you for an interview to see if this course fits your needs.

Writing to Heal

Own your narrative; change the story

Writing To Heal is a virtual 6-week exploration of expressive writing as a tool for accessing deep healing and inner wisdom. Participants will use various writing and creative techniques to hold, make space for, and change their stories. Writing to Heal is open to ages 21 and older. 

*Hi, I'm Jack, founder and director of The Gentle Way. My passion lies in mental wellness, community building, and harnessing the arts to explore our innermost selves. Writing to Heal draws on over a decade of my experience in education, crisis management, writing, music, and simply being human. I’m grateful for the chance to embark on this journey with you, helping to cultivate your deep inner voice, and the story within.
